We provide a one-time, lifetime gift of financial assistance for: Household Utilities Rent Prescription Medication To be eligible to apply for financial aid you must live in our service area and be qualified and registered to receive services. * See our Eligibility Requirements page. Additional requirements for financial assistance include a minimum established residence of three (3) months.

Utility Assistance

For utility assistance, the utility bill must be in the applicant's or spouse’s name.  We assist with the most current month's utility service. The applicant must be able to pay any and all past-due service amounts and late fees.
 
 

 
Rent Assistance

For rent assistance, the applicant must have a lease in their name, or listed as an adult tenant.  We assist with ½ of the most current month’s rent.  The applicant must be able to pay the other half of the rent and any and all past-due amounts and late fees.

Prescription Medication Assistance

For prescription medication assistance we need:

• The prescription or prescription bottles with a current refill available

• The price of the medication

Please NOTE:  We cannot fill prescriptions for some controlled substance drugs
