A Vital Community Asset

For Our Neighbors in Need

C.A.M.P. began as a small clothing distribution center over 42 years ago when local church representatives formed a partnership to battle the effects of poverty.

From those humble beginnings we have grown into a multi-faceted agency assisting thousands of our neighbors with their basic needs. This vital coalition of churches, businesses, civic groups and caring individuals represents community partnership at its very best.

Battling the Effects of Poverty

One Neighbor at a Time

Christian Aid Mission Partnership remains committed to making life better for individuals whose lives are affected by poverty.  Through our assistance programs we have been able to make a positive impact on the lives of thousands of our neighbors. We provide food, clothing and financial assistance to help stabilize families and prevent homelessness.

In 2010 C.A.M.P. served 12,772 unduplicated clients, 50% of whom are children under 18 years of age. We distributed 1,142,882 pounds of food, served 17,581 meals, distributed 136,540 items of clothing, and gave over $105,000.00 in direct financial assistance to help with prescription medications, household utilities, and rent.

Our Food Pantry, Clothing Closet, Financial Aid office and Donation Center are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. For your convenience, our Donation Center is also open on Saturday from 9:00 am until 12:00 noon. Services are available to residents of Austell, Clarkdale, Lithia Springs, Mableton and Powder Springs who are currently at or below the federal poverty level.
